Everybody's Changing Video
Hey, Everybody! It’s been quite a summer, and I’m really happy with how the album release has been going. Thanks again to everyone who has been joining this newsgroup and writing in – I’m so glad that you like the new songs.
I’ll be at historic La Carafe in Houston from 9-11 on August 20, and I hope that you’ll stop by if you’re in the area. The parking downtown on Tuesday evenings is free and easy, and I would love to see you in the audience and get a chance to catch up between sets!
In the meantime, I’ll leave you with this recently posted music video, which is quite meaningful to me because it is full of family memories captured by my dear Aunt Cherry Reese, beautifully woven with live performance footage filmed here at my hundred year old house in Houston by my friend, the talented French-Canadian artist/director Natali Leduc.
This gorgeous song, “Everybody’s Changing,” is also special to me because it was written by someone I admire and sincerely appreciate for being so supportive and encouraging in my musical journey through the last few years – Tim Rice-Oxley of the UK band, Keane, and it showcases his exquisite performance on piano and harmonium:
