Hey, Everybody!
It is gorgeous here in Houston with temperatures in the low 60s and the most glorious sunshine lighting up this sparkling last day of 2019. I’m enjoying the afternoon with a cup of delightful Austrian coffee and an excellent book on the American Revolution and looking forward to ringing in the New Year in downtown Houston, sitting in with Jimmy Pizzitola and his band in the special upstairs room at historic La Carafe from 10-midnight, maybe later. We’re expecting a variety of friends to come and go throughout the evening so if you’re out and about in Houston tonight, I hope to see you there. If not, I hope that wherever you are and whatever you do, you have a wonderful time and I am wishing everyone everywhere another Happy New Year. I am feeling really good about 2020 – I can hardly wait to move forward again.
