I'm looking forward to getting back to Khon's and the happening scene that has evolved at this artist-owned venue that reminds me of the Lower East Side in Manhattan. In trendy Midtown Houston, Khon’s wine and coffee bar offers an intimate, elegant but casual atmosphere, staffed by familiar faces from the Houston theater and art scene, featuring excellent classic jazz on Sunday evenings, amongst a weekly lineup of up-and-coming local bands.
