I'm glad that the Woodlands Singer-Songwriter Association was able to reschedule the songwriter evening that was recently cancelled due to the wrath of Rita, which hit parts of Texas really hard. I'm also honored to have been chosen to be the "special guest" songwriter of the evening, and I think Borders will be an ideal spot to hear me and the other good performers in the line-up they've organized. Listening room opportunities in the Houston area are all-too rare, and there'll be gourmet coffee and treats for sale at Borders' in-house cafe. Kids are welcome, too, so gather up the family, and y'all come.
