Hey, Everybody!  I’ve been very busy enjoying the process of finishing my new album and making an exciting new music video to be released in the Spring!  Tonight we’ll celebrate at one of my favorite places, historic La Carafe in Downtown Houston.  There will be a special holiday program, featuring Greg and Hannah.  As always, young Daniel will be serving up plenty of good cheer from behind the quaint hand-carved bar with its antique cash register, and yours truly will perform some old and new songs to commemorate the end of another year, accompanied by two of the finest veterans of our local music scene – Greg Henkel on his viofiddle and Gary Clark on his resonator guitar – a special treat for all.  If you’re in town, I hope that you will join us.  La Carafe is a landmark destination situated on Market Square in the theater district.  Street parking is free and convenient in the evenings.  And downtown is all dressed up for the holidays.  You can’t beat that on a Tuesday night in Houston, the fourth biggest city in the nation and still growing bigger and faster than ever . . .

Convenient, free street parking after 6 pm

Nice outdoor seating/smoking tables facing scenic Market Square

Good wines and beers.  Friendly, down-to-earth, “old-school” service

Independently owned since the dawn of time

Casual but classy

Possibly haunted

Best classic jukebox in town between live sets

Bring cash.  The original, antique cash register predates plastic!

Y’all come!
