Check Me Out in Deep Roots!

Hey again, Everybody.  I was just shutting down the computer, getting ready to pack it up for the trip to Nashville, when I decided to check email one last time tonight, and I’m glad that I did because I found something really lovely in my inbox.  I’m flattered to be mentioned in this month’s issue of Deep Roots, a Manhattan-based music magazine that I deeply admire.  I hope that you’ll take a few minutes to check it out:

Scroll down to click on my picture under “Features/News,” and stop to smell the roses along the way.  Browse through the album of the month, “seven impossible things before breakfast,” gospel picks, “nature’s temple: Yellowstone,” the blogging farmer, and so much more.  The scope and depth of this monthly has never failed to impress me.  I’m also looking forward to the holiday issue in December—for the last two Christmases, it has been a staple for me with an incredible array of music, videos, pictures, and great writing to celebrate the season.  Many thanks to founder/publisher/editor, David McGee, and his talented staff for bringing us such a rare treasure.

Tell all your friends – I’ll be at the Commodore in Nashville tomorrow (Tuesday) at 9.  Y’all come!
