New FB Fan Page + Song Premier Today: Listen Online!

Hey, Everybody!  Exciting times . . . My new album, Let Freedom Ring: Songs for a New Generation, is scheduled for release on June 14 and I have a new FB fan page that I hope you will check out and share:

FB Fan Page: Glenna Bell Music

We will be kicking off the pre-release today (Wednesday, May 29) with an exclusive premier of the title song, “Let Freedom Ring,” on Americana Highways at https://americanahighways.org/

You can listen on the Web site through May 31 when it will become available for download and streaming through iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify and all the usual virtual spaces.

The press release for the album is posted on the EPK page at www.glennabell.com so that you can read all about the recording process—working with multi-platinum, Oscar and Grammy-nominated, Diamond Certified (10 million+ units) musician, composer, arranger, and producer Ronnie King (Mariah Carey, Tyrese, Tupac Shakur, Snoop Dogg, The Offspring) at his studio on his ranch just outside of Palm Springs, California, as well as the album concept and inspiration behind the songs.  Here is a link to a favorite video of mine, Ronnie and me when we were co-writing and working on some demos here in Houston a few years ago:

I also have a brand new video posted on Youtube, thanks to director/videographer Natali Leduc.  It is a beautiful rendition of “Everybody’s Changing” by the UK band, Keane, featuring a gorgeous piano and harmonium performance by the band’s primary songwriter Tim Rice-Oxley that he recorded at his studio in England.  Natali did a fabulous job of seamlessly weaving live performance video she shot here at my house with vintage home movies that were filmed in the 1950’s by my dear aunt, Cherry Reese.  I love this video and I hope that you will too:

I have been very busy with this release but have been finding time to have some fun and do some shows, too.  As always, I’ll keep you posted on all this and more.  In the meantime, I hope that you are enjoying these last few weeks of Spring and having a great day!

Y’all come!
